Long time since I was in Amsterdam so can't comment on scene.

In Prague I usually get a small apartment, then visit  2 or 3 of my Favourite Privats where the girls will do outcalls as well. That way there's no chance of bait and switch.

Choosing between Prague and Amsterdam I would go with Prague. The prices are lower and there is more choice. Also some are less professional which can work in your advantage for a follow up meet.
