Communications were good although I was hovering about for 5 to 10 mins waiting on the final address details, once the flat number was given I buzzed it and was unfortunate to meet an attractive young resident leaving the flats, she said hello as if I was a neighbour then looked at me a bit funny when she realised I probably was not. This was just unlucky though it is not a bad location. Flat is nice enough.
