I don't kid myself that this is anything other than a transaction but it did feel very much like that production line. If I said I had seen you someone would immediately have asked why I hadn't reviewed you which is why I didn't.

I very much enjoyed my visits to you and if I had written reviews they would definitely have been positive because you always provided a very good service.
