Location - St Albans - large new build block of flats near to the station. I had trouble using the door code sent, but it was probably just knowing which door to push/pull as it was saying valid code. Someone left, so I caught the door and went in. If you get into the lift and find that it doesn't go to floor specified - try the lifts opposite as they go one higher. There is free street parking for long enough right outside the flats, and I was lucky enough to get a space during the day. The flat was clean and tidy, with a nice bathroom.
