Have you considered erectile medication like Viagra/ Non Branded stuff as it's all the same?
You can go to boots and ask about it, and they'll ask you some questions discreetly and set you up with a prescription, and do the paperwork there and then for when you need more.

I've done that and it's helped massively in terms of keeping it up and also keeping it up when I know my background thoughts about it might get in the way per se, keeping it up then.

I am in my mid-30s and I have only tried it twice because my nerves mess me up.

When I used it, it worked one one occasion for the 2nd round but not on the other (as I was not aroused).
In this instance, it probably would have worked I reckon.

My main concern with taking them is that I do not want to develop a psychological dependency on them.

I do not have trouble with ED, but I think I got problems with PE

Only had one SP that didn't allow, and she was a horrible punt in the end.  Others seen before or curious.
