100 percent. As i actually work as a surgeon it is a really confusing thing to me why someone would even think it. a Transgender is obviously a man who has had female hormones. It would not have or be able to hold the same amount of muscle mass. (Getting the implants in alone would be hard but not impossible) But she looks extremely feminine in person. And from an educated point of view that build/look is not attainable if she had been male before. And from working with those on transgender vaginas trust me when I say you can tell by the look.

But no to answer it bluntly you can tell she has always been female. There is also photos of her on her instagram from her early teens. So hopefully this helps out.

It might just be me because of the type of work I do. I usually spot them a mile off. but i've had to do work on transgenders facially before so I know everything to look for. the muscle loss makes sense. was likely on testosterone/steroids in first picture and will obviously be using estrogen and what not now. It's a good transformation minus the nose/cheeks but will probably get those fixed. i'd imagine
