This is a TOFTT for this specific AW account, but not for LuxandraDT who was reviewed under at least two previous accounts:

The girl is absolutely not the one in the pictures we can see in the current AW profile or in the previous reviews.

I wouldn't say fake. Looking at her track record, I'd say she more monopolising on attracting punters to fob off to other working girls.

I saw her some time ago, and it def was the girl in the pics….all the same tattoos. Added to that, the service was good. I probably got lucky.
