It has very good facilities, the air con on a couple of the hot days in summer was fantastic, big rooms, clean. Only issue is the showers (like the georgian) have fixed positions so you can't get as clean before or after, but it is a minor issue.

In terms of service from reception, I find Sheridans the best in terms of letting me know which WGs are actually in the building, letting you wait for a bit if the WG is booked, drink, chat, etc. Temptations vs Roses/Georgian/others it seems pretty even.
