I agree this feels like a dodgy review but maybe it’s genuine if the OP can provide what you ask. She doesn’t do bookings by text unless she’s seen you already but maybe she’s changed her habits. Good that you are on it as genuine reviews and posts and the moderation is appreciated by the significant majority of us on here.

He’s not being dragged over hot coals simply asking if there’s a screenshot kicking about on his phone.
A report was made and we follow them up, I’m not saying his review is fake, I’m asking for help to answer the report.

I take your point - you need to follow up complaints and I welcome that you do. My concern is that, at face value, all a SP has to do is to complain (anonymously) that something is fake and a member's credibility is {publicly) called into question. However, I'm not privy to any background, what the complaint said, nor whether credible members also reported the review. Maybe there is something more than just "email vs text" to question the authenticity of the review.

I need to set the record straight. The fact of the matter is the so called “meet” never happened. He did not book to see me, he did not come to my place, he never saw me. That is why I reported it.
My complaint had nothing to do with his comment regarding my appearance. I realise looks are subjective, so that criticism does not offend me in the least. It’s the fact he acted with malice and fabricated a story based on a lie that led me to report it. Had he genuinely seen me and walked out I most certainly would not have reported his review. I appreciate the moderator taking action and requesting proof of the booking. There are many other forms of proof. Not just the text/email booking screenshot. Proof of details of my workplace, the parking arrangement, the procedure involved on arrival. Just to name a few. He said he booked by text. I don’t accept text bookings unless we have met previously. Which we didn’t. It’s been 7 weeks since proof was requested and nothing has materialised. To condone fake reviews will only encourage others to follow suit and start posting fake reviews. I have been based in MK for 20 years so the fake review has not affected my credibility. But it’s the principle that counts. It’s shocking to know that someone can post a malicious fake review which damages the credibility of the site and get away with it .

As a review forum we can only go on the reviews submitted and if a report has been made, as in the case it had, we would question the op to see if there was anything that could be added. In your own words “ there are only two parties involved”, so we, as a forum have no other intel to judge this on. Only yourself and the OP knows the truth.

Are you really suggesting that we put a note on or remove this review on the say-so of the escort who the negative review is about. 

Not the way the site works. We need some sort of evidence to show that it's more likely than not to be fake.

The OP has posted his review, the SP has responded, member will read the comments, weigh up the balance of probability regarding the authenticity and act accordingly.

As far as i can remember your block of flats is on ******* in  *******. It’s the last block on the left as you go  down the road. Your flat is on either the first or second floor. Turning left at the top of the stairs.  As i remember your front door opened into the hallway and you'd turn right to enter into the main hallway. The hallway then turns  left into the main flat.
Parking was within your blocks parking area.
There were builders working on the opposite flat to yours with scaffolding up.
Im pretty sure you asked me to confirm the morning of the meet, but its something i do anyway. So cant be sure on that.
