I made an advance booking which was confirmed by both parties on the morning of the meeting.  I arrived five minutes early and sent a text saying I was nearby and ready whenever she was.  I received no reply so, a few minutes after the agreed start time, I sent a further SMS.  No reply again so, after a few more minutes, I rang the number, which went to voicemail.  I waited until almost twenty minutes past the agreed starting time then sent another text saying I could wait no longer and walked back to the car park.  About ten minutes later I received an apologetic text saying her phone had been on silent and she had missed my messages.  I have given this a neutral rating because previous reviews have mentioned she speaks no English and her calls are handled by a third party, so it seems a bit harsh that she should get a negative because of someone else’s bad management, especially when the other reviews are very favourable towards her levels of service.

Very useful to know. I don’t punt as often as I used to, so when I do I need it to be as sure a thing as possible. Am in the area soon and she was high on my list but will take this under advisement. Thanks.
