Hard to say. Their site their rules, but over the years I found them to be fair and sensible when it's comes to treating members. They have got their faults because there are so many profiles, like the thousand and thousands, they can't keep up with everything. The whole site could be run by only a small amount of people?
They were likely to have some pressure from above, maybe some crazy MP claiming most foreign nationals are trafficked? They would also lose a lot of money and traffic if the providers were to leave the site and someone set up a rival site as a result. Who knows.
