Lily cancelled 1 hour before booking and no refund yet
Was going to be a neutral but as no refund and messages read requesting Ive gone for Negative
Had a booking confirmed for back end of last week.
Was originally going to see her at the beginning of the week but was contacted to say she had double booked and agreed on a later date.
Comms were a bit slow but emails read and responded to, with info requested( concise and straight to the point)
Paid £50 deposit as Ive not seen her before and put a booking request in.
I sent an email saying I’d paid and could she confirm if received, got a reply following day confirming.
Booking not confirmed at her end yet.
Emailed if she could confirm as the agreed date was approaching which she did .
Postcode given night before on request and i emailed in the morning of the booking saying I was still good to go.
About 2 hours before got confirmation she was to “all being well “ ( strange response)
Then an hour before booking email from her apologising she had to cancel due to a family issue and that she doesn’t make a habit or like having to cancel.
Was offered some alternative dates, but they didn’t work for me so asked for a refund.
She asked me to send details to which I responded by saying I’ve requested it via PayPal.
Ive emailed 3 times asking for the payment as it only takes a few clicks, messsges read but no refund.
Now I’d did try to see her a couple of years ago and similar happened then, only didn’t tell me she couldn’t make it just ghosted me.
She did refund me on that occasion.
So 2 bookings and 2 cancelled.
