Service: Contacted via AW email, prompt response to enquiry. Arrangements were agreed, including £20 travel costs - which seemed reasonable. A booking request was put in, this was viewed by the lady - but not confirmed. In hindsight - first red flag. Phone numbers were exchanged.
On the morning of the day - she confirmed she would be able to attend the booking via Whatsapp. Preparations were made including directions.
From her location to mine, would be an hour by train. About an hour before the start of the booking, I received a message. It stated that she couldn't attend.
It seemed unlikely to me that a problem would occur, precisely as she was setting off. Furthermore - lack of AW booking confirmation and an AW feedback popped up after my booking. This combined seemed fishy.
Summary: Fair comms - initially. Last minute cancellation, lack of AW booking confirmation, a morning Whatsapp confirmation and an AW feedback showing afterwards. All combined seems suspicious.
