It was simply, do any other massage therapists work with you.  I then got a tirade about wanting genuine customers. She came across as very aggressive. Without acknowledging I’d asked a question she asked when I want to book that day. I then stated I was looking for an appointment the following morning.  Another outburst followed, so I terminated the call there.

The one occasion I found myself in the area (Camelon in the past I think?) I went in to see if I could get a walk in. She was a right rude c*nt with no manners.

I’ve been seeing Wan on and off since she opened the shop.

Aye she can be a crabbit wee shit sometimes. I’ve never been on the receiving end but I’ve heard her on the phone being quite nippy and blunt. Her English is crap considering how long she has lived here which doesn’t help.

I tend to book via text as it’s easier and saves any misunderstanding.

Can’t blame the OP or others not booking due to her attitude.
