Background: Although I declared my retirement from punting a while back I still check AW regularly so I've accepted that if I do retire it will be more of a fizzling out retirement rather than a fanfare moment.
I've been aware of Betty for a while as she has hopped in and out of my hot list. On my approach to her block a white transit van parked with a fella in black body vest and clipboard with the van liveried in the style of some type of enforcement vehicle. Me being me suspected he could potentially be some kind of law enforcement agent with an interest in what goes on in the property so with him fumbling with some paperwork at the back of his open van door I very nearly walked right past Betti house and aborted the meet........I know....I know.
