That reads like a proper nightmare of a punt. There should always be some sort of reciprocal intimacy on the part of the service provider.
The punt I had with a Hungarian, who was stunning looking I may add, on Bath Road was like that (reviewed of course). No touching and not that pleasant an attitude. I gave her a neutral because we were deep in a pandemic, even I was freaking out, but, looking back, it should have been a negative, even for a P&D.
