She is clearly unhinged, a dangerous and highly volatile lunatic with a dark heart and outlook on life, a real horrible piece of work to be avoided at all costs. But that behaviour will catch up with her one day and no luck will come of the money she stole from me, the crazy bitch!

I’m leaning heavily into my area of expertise and experience now but this is not the case with Asian SP’s who willingly refund partial or full fees when there is a misunderstanding or gap between customer expectation and SP service delivery.
