I made a recent visit and thought some notes might be of help.
It's an easy place to find and get to without a car. Take the underground tram to El Torcal (a few stops from the central station) and do a full 180 as you leave the station. Keep walking for about 5 mins and you'll see it at the end of a row of bars and shops. It's a black building with no windows.
The place has a chinese lady dressed as a cleaner working as the madame but there was an un-threatening possibly security guy outside have a smoke when I scouted the place out.
Process is standard. Taken to a room and a parade of high quality ladies introduce themselves in Spanish. In comes the cleaning lady, make a choice and your lady arrives. Hand over the cash and wait while she goes away to stash it. You will be in a punting room, sat on a punting bed but that wont be where the action happens. So don't get undressed! The lady will return and take you to another room.
Facilities were good. Both rooms had a modern and clean shower, toilet and sink adjoined to the bedroom.
Service was excellent and at the end the girl uses a room phone to check the coast is clear and out you go back onto the tram and away. If you visit after the tram closes, you should have no worries getting a taxi. You will be on a main road that heads straight to the central station so there are plenty of taxis passing at most hours.
