The first thing I'd do for a profile like that is scour swinger sites like fabs for them to find out more.  They're essentially swinging for cash, so the chances are they do it for fun too.
You probably wouldn't have any luck contacting them through those other routes, but if you find a profile you'd know for sure if they were genuine.
