apols, maybe i should put this in that strip club thread..

Has anyone been to this place? i'm tempted to go - but i'll be billy no mates ,

i'm half tempted to bring a WG along as part of a long booking.

but anyone, i am looking for info on the place - what's it like inside? the way website portrays i can go in have a drink or two (expensive drinks!) have a look around, talk to some randoms / strippers and then leave..

I haven’t been for a few years but I think it was one of the better places. The last time I went was Christmas 2019 I think, It was a Christmas night out and everywhere was packed so, and as I’d been there a few times before, I suggested Paul street because it was cheap to get in, the drinks were priced fairly and I knew we’d get a seat😂
And the girls weren’t in you face, it had a nice feeling to the place. However that was a few years ago

ah so it's like any other strip club? just spread over multiple floors? you can go exploring or stuck at a table? any idea how much dances are?

I went more than 3 years ago and think it was either £25 or £30 per song/ dance.

However, there is no free stage show.

What was different about this club was that all the girls spoke English fluently. I think all the girls were English and one Australian.  Maybe 11 -15 in  total. Quite a small cosy club. But you go upstairs for a dance - and possibly another floor for VIP.

I know there is a regular club next door or they have partitioned the existing strip club.

You are not allocated a table and can move around freely. I hate to be stuck at a table. Feels like at school

Forgot to mention, the strip club isn't advertised from outside. Ie. There is no mention of it being a stripclub. There is a doorman but not the usual logo of a poledancer. Having said that, it has recently changed so next door is now a regular club

I presume it's not exclusively crypto payments?  I know Hackney council want these clubs to be "Frictionless" these days, but from the review their crypto payment mechanisms sound anything but.

I went once in 2014.

It was £23 a dance as the address is 23.
Got fleeced a bit. English girl GND vibe. Went to 30 min VIP at £200. Just talking only. She said if I have another 30 min slot 'I (she) can do what the f*** I want'. This must be a standard sales pitch rhetoric. So paid another £200 expecting at least a bit of contact. Nothing!

It was a plush place. And you expect a 'Ye Old Axe' kind of gropie session upstairs as it's somewhat secluded. Not a sausage!
That was 2014 though.

It’s a really decent discreet high end place tbf with a great bar, nice chilled vibe and non-pushy strippers, often English. I’ve often just gone for a drink at the end of a night on my own when all of my boring mates with their wives and kids have fucked off home far too early. I used to have the odd dance at £150 for 15 min. BUT on my last recent visit they have now removed this option. So it’s either 30 mins for about £500 or an hour for about £800 in one of the rooms upstairs. I’ve never paid this much and never would.

Why care Jim? It's their money and 'if' they wish to pay that, in what seems like very good surroundings, then so be it. I wouldn't myself but I wouldn't beat someone up for doing it either!

Plus many a guy will throw money @ strippers and not feeling 'guilty' whereas they would never actually sleep with an escort. I've friends that do just that.
