As said before the scene is very quiet at present. as regards the sites Escort Ireland is pricey so any one it must be getting business, though no negative reviews ever make it to view.
Adultwork , search NI, and Antrim for Belfast area, has a mixture o f'always there ' girls and touring ones use your own initiative.

Avoid Locanto it's toxic with lots of scammers. I've never used it but the stories are out there.
Local guys here can tend to use regulars and may give a review or may not.
