I'd booked a 4-hands for last night at 7.00 and been given a postcode. I'd reconfirmed by text and had an acknowledgement in the morning.

When I got to the postcode I called - no reply. Texted - no response. Called again and left a message - no response. After 10 minutes called again - left disappointed message and followed up with a text.

Still no response.  Up until then their comms had been good.

Yes.  Multiple options not that well organised

I should say I did eventually get a reply that was very apologetic with a believable excuse.

I'll give them another chance next time I have some playtime
