Overall a solid punt.  She greeted me in a robe with sexy lingerie underneath.  She offered me water and we chatted for a bit and I showered.  She actually provides toothpaste, toothbrushes, deodorant, and mouthwash for clients which is... unique.  We started off with a brief massage, DFK, then onto slow and sensual OWO.  The date ended up being more GFE than PSE (which is in-line with my preferences).  Multiple positions and ended with COB.  A little more chatting and I was on my way. 

Due to her popularity the cost is obviously high, so VFM is obviously debatable.  However, I did have a good time, and I'd consider repeating in the future.

Careful on her, she is in the worst state of her career and tried to sue Rocco for fucking her ass even after she signed a contract. She was good 5 years ago...Totally delusional and at that price you can have 5 better SB in Budapest, or 2 good SB in London....

I agree with the hygeine - simply the best I have seen, and maybe the the best that will ever be seen. That is despite her well known openess about herpes in the past.

Now that I have time to reflect, I may consider seeing her again, but be more prepared.

Also, she is not a high volume provider, so sees like 2-3 clients a day maximum - so psychologically it feels a bit better lol (for me anyways).

Normally, that assumption is correct, however Kiara has shot for the major european studios and some international ones also.

She has been in the game for the last 7/8 years pre- and post-surgery, and done well over 150 scenes....

I am not defending her pricing btw, as I got poor value in my own punt wih her (my fault mainly).

I would definitely agree with you for those who shot a handful of scenes are decide to charge obscene prices...
