I asked the same question a while back. Basically what I would advise is take a look at Dolls and Roses website, look at girls like Polina, Octavia there or April & Katalina I reviewed.
They're ones I like, I don't know if we have the same taste. The point/my reason is there is the occasional cheaper escort that hot, but it's rarer imo. Whereas if you consistently want to find stunners these price brackets are the easiest places to go.

Yeah that's quite an adult Disneyland, I admit. They have weird categories like 'Student escorts'. What's the difference between 'Exclusive escorts' and 'VIP escorts'? What are the 'open-minded escorts? Probably some slang word for anal, I guess. Note there's no list of what they actually do in bed, no furtive acronyms. your five-star hotel or a cozy restaurant'. I guess I'm a tropical island short, hahaha. Interesting that language choices include Czech, Russian and Hungarian, but not Ukrainian.
Overall, it does provide some answers. Yeah, these girls overall are younger (all seem to be under 30, and most under 25), and I have a strong impression (reading through some comments), that you won't meet them for one hour, more like night bookings, i.e. wine and dine. That brings us to the third point - the looks. Yes, some are sweet enough, but as in most cases, how well does the image reflect the reality, given the power of photo editing software, we know not. I agree they are
polished, but it's not the same thing as good looking. I see lots and lots of enhanced bodies, and that's a turn-off for many. Next, they (seem to be) generally fit, so no junkies, etc. Lastly, again, reading the reviews, they are fun to be around, so, at the very least, speak English, and are good conversationalists.
But so are girls that are a lot less expensive, tragically. So what you pay for is, in fact, companionship, of which sex is only a part. You pay for the class, the job of the photographer, photo editor (or whatever they are called), lip doctor, dresses, etc. So for the gloss and the chic (without k in the end, hahah). I certainly don't criticize those that do it. But most of that you can get from a decent SP for a lot less, so it's, in my most humble opinion, a bit overpaying.
