I was Ok yesterday and this morning I cannot log in. First I thought it was my password but it was correct. Then I tried the jumble words, they were OK. Then I tried -reactivate- no good. Then I tried to register but was told I AM registered.

After a struggle I found a form to fill out to request reinstatement, using the Help Centre.

Has this happened to anyone else? I do not want to lose my substantial feedback even if it is in some ways worthless in other ways it permits an entry to ladies who rely on it. Nor do I wish to rely only on ladies with a phone number.

i have had the same problem the last three days tried the firefox browser worked fine.good luck with it.
