Location:
A modern second floor flat just north of Addiscombe - a quick 5 minute stroll from Blackhorse Lane tram-stop - or 10 minutes if you're a really slow walker.... There is plenty of free parking very close to the flat

Carmen is Spanish and I'd say somewhere between mid 40s and early 50s.
