She was polite about the rejection (if there is ever such a thing on profiling based on Race LOL) but pretty much in text she asked about ethnicity, ie are you black, and then apologised but that she doesnt see blacks (probably new clients...not old ones).

She might have removed the policy, which would be great cause it sounds like she is game
