Comms - Easy enough, I did it via WhatsApp which is much less intrusive than calling. They didn't reply until open but once they did, it was fast replies.
Location - It's on a high street with a back entrance if you don't fancy going in the front in plain view. There's no parking for the back entrance, so I parked further back down the hill (you'll understand if you go) as per advice from another review on here.
