Even if the girls move around, once we have a good, unique descriptions of them we can be wary or happy when each turns up.  The girls often change working names as they move but they can't change identifiable scars, birthmarks, tattoos, body feature combinations, so it is all the more important to pay attention to the SP.  I'm about to neg review a parlour girl with additional detail so hopefully others can avoid her even if she changes her name.
