There isn’t often new British talent on my patch. However Cas Girl turned up ten days ago, and seemed to have features of interest:

Communications were OK and her replies were prompt. She said she was free on Wednesday afternoon between 3.00 and 6.00. So we arranged a 45-minute booking for 3.00 pm.
She gave me her full address, but no mobile number because she said she needed to get a SIM card. We agreed that we would continue to communicate on Adult Work, including if there was any last-minute hitch.
I arrived on time. The location was in Leigh Park, in one of those tightly-packed modern developments that are springing up all over the place that are an absolute rabbit warren of tiny streets and dead ends, with not very logical numbering. I’d looked on Google Street, and the place looked easy to find in theory, but it wasn’t in practice. Bit of a nightmare. But of course that wasn’t her fault.
However I got there on time; knocked and rang a few times; waited for five minutes. No joy.
Because I hadn’t been totally convinced that this was going to happen, I in fact already had a Plan B (I rang, but got no reply), and a Plan C (another “no-show” – review to follow). All else having failed, I then did some other stuff in and around Havant; got home just before 5.00; and messaged Cas Girl to ask what had happened.
She replied that she’d just got back from work.
Hmm.
That was Wednesday.
Yesterday (Thursday) I wrote again, as follows: “I don't understand why you didn't tell me that your arrangements had changed yesterday. You'd said you were free between 3.00 and 6.00. I booked for 3.00. If things changed and you had to go to work at that time, it would only have taken you a minute to message me here on Adult Work to tell me – and save me wasting my time.”
She’s been on-line today, but hasn’t read my message.

A bit too casual, if you ask me.
