Limited options and voucher system is hardly an incentive compared to Advent Girl around Christmas.

Well the profile is not quite the same. She is not 5ft 8in maybe more 5ft 2 in. Her size is more 4-6 and she has lost a lot of weight. It shows with slightly flabby boobs and loss of muscle and tissue from her frame. I paid £70 for 30 minutes. She does try to engage, there is limited kissing and you have to lead for it. She does not like oral or 69 on her. Her BJ technique is fair. She crouched over me with feet over my thighs for cowgirl to limit penetration as i was big and eventually it was ok with spoons, doggie and Mish. She is from an obscure part of Brazil and English is limited. There was a faint hint of cigarette smoke about her too. She looks more 38 than 28. Her clothes were modest and not Bling Bling.

I felt sorry for her as she is on tablets for sickness. She eats and then she is sick. I am not sure how she can access NHS healthcare as she may have a stomach ulcer or even stomach cancer? I guess she needs to work for income, a more honest profile and i might return. Unwell escorts should not be working i guess.

Probably not see her again.  I hope she find proper health care soon.

You sure she was telling the truth though simon?

If she has a visa to the UK, then she should be able to access the NHS either via A & E or the local GP.

She showed me a picture of the medication she was on - Omeprazole 20mg.

I tried to ring my GP surgery today at 08.00 precisely. I could not connect and was told the surgery had met its call quota for the day and to try later.
A&E waits of 8 hours plus and poor communication will not help.
Our poor NHS can no longer manage demand i think.

I agree but your question
wasn't about the demand on the NHS.

The answer is maybe so.

My response was on how difficult it is for UK citizens to access health care. Linking the two, well good luck to her if she needs to get help. One way to reduce demand is to make the whole system littered with obstacles. I hope she will get better.
