Presuming the test suite is comprehensive then you get limited reassurance perhaps about HIV... Any mention of PrEP use? 
Most of the others can be infectious within a couple of weeks if unlucky so unless she's getting tested every fortnight... And how long before results from clinic?
At that rate it would unlikely be NHS so paid private which would impact her pricing as might PrEP?

I don't know the answers to your other questions. I visit the establishment 2 or 3 times a year and it falls in to what is an acceptable risk for me.

Appreciate some may get lucky and be asymptomatic after a visit but that doesn't mean you aren't infected.  And then what of the next girl ?  If you abstain for 2-3 weeks after every visit and get a test on NHS you could then be waiting another 2+weeks for results before visiting another girl.

That's the problem with visiting such a place because even if she's not doing bb sex she's likely being seen by customers who see the others for it. And if she offers unprotected ro, owo, frottage or even a wank there are transmission risks higher because of the customers involved.  It may not be much higher but it is.  Again if you're already portering hsv 1/2 then you may care less.
