How did she send you the message? Reply to that with your number and she can contact you. If it's through AW, sounds like you're out of luck til she sorts a new profile.

Just be patient, she'll be back with a new profile - they always are. I'd keep an eye on her feedback score though, if it goes up while she's "forgotten her password" it means she's getting rattled by blokes other than you and it's not good news.

It looks to me like Missy's account may have been hacked.  The message on the face of her profile currently implies she has had a miscarriage and is intensive care following a suicide attempt.  If any members have alternative contact details for Missy I suggest they contact her and encourage her to take down her profile.

Someone wrote some very unpleasant things on her profile (in the 3rd person) a few weeks ago and put a less than flattering photo up, then a few days later changed it and said that everything was fine now.
