Her profile has recently undergone a change in name coinciding with a change in management. Independent now so maybe that will have some impact on how comms are handled. It does seem bizarre that an agency could be so poor with comms when that is chiefly what they are receiving a cut for.

I’ve weirdly got a bit of sympathy for the Deluxe booker/maid (Olivia of Deluxe) only in so much as that she’s lost or is losing every girl from her roster that’s popular or building up a good rep but like this post suggests a big part of that might be down to both punter & escort alike getting pissed off with how bad the Deluxe comms can get.

For the price paid the booking process needs to be simple every time!!!

200% agree. Its no better now either, in fact from my very recent experience booking process getting worse. I hope Olivia is OK, doesn't seem on it at all, must be also bad for her girls but crucially rubbish for us when there is someone tasty appearing on her list.
