Best "Oily Massage" parlours in Bangkok

Semi Newbie here, first time in Bangkok was 2016, I enjoy a more PSE experience especially anal and dt and after some research found that Oily massage Parlours were the place to go.
Anyone know of some current good ones. I went to mangomassage and cherrymassage before. Mango doesn't look to be around anymore but I could be wrong.

Lol can't imagine what excuse you could give when there, even mentioning to women that I was going to Thailand with friends I could see in their body language and comments that they knew most of us were going to be doing some dirt.

Although for you the privacy and off the main strip that these oily massage brothels give is pretty good from what I remember and I went during the day time. Also you know exactly what your getting service wise as they have a menu of services per girl and a hostess who you can tell what you like. It was funny, when I arrived I told the hostess that I wanted to see a good A+ provider and she started shouting loudly in Thai to the girls in the back like she was working in a fast food joint. When i said i wanted to go to Thailand as my birthday treat the mrs wasn't supprised and i'm getting away with it cos she knows how much i love Thai food, i have it 3 times a week if i get the chance and whilst there, we're going to do a Thai cookery course to improve my green curry technique. I go to a legit Thai massage every week for my knotted body so i'm hoping to find a couple of legit looking places that at least offer a bit of B2B and HR if not somemore, that way she won't be suspisious.

Many places will help you out quietly on this - just have to avoid the 'we have a couples room...very romantic' line that they often give when you walk in......

You probably know this already, but she almost certainly suspects what your up to, smart move though going regularly to thai massages here and telling her, Bangkok especially does have genuine massage spots that are legit and only do massages. Thinking about a good cover would be to buy a cheap plot of land somewhere and say you want to build a holiday home to the fam, befriend some locals that "are helping you with the project" and then you have a genuine excuse anytime you want to go solo, even you could travel on your own to Thailand and it would seem legit.

I do like the sound of that plan dude, not sure how it would play out in reality though. For it to work she's going to have to like Thailand enough that she'd let me spend our money and want to go to a holiday home there again and again.

Yeah the couples room! i think i'm safe she's not so keen on Thai massage she says they hurt too much.
She went to the Legit Thai place i go to, to check it out and have a massage to see if she thought there might be any "how's your Father" going on, and concluded that they hurt you so much that there can't be any way you get aroused by it!!
She was of course wrong i still get pretty turned on by it even though i know nothing will happen.

Are foreigners allowed to buy land , in Thailand?
I read somewhere that apart from "condos", foreigners are not allowed to own property, unless they have a Thai shareholder, the exception being condos, as long as the majority of the complex is owned by Thais.

That’s correct they are not, but a condo is possible. There is a possible loophole that allows you to buy land in a company name but it’s pretty complicated unless you are in the know.
