Author Topic: Sex Worker of the Year - Very strange request  (Read 2772 times)

Had an e mail on AW from an SP asking me to vote for her for the SWOTY earlier today. Never been asked before by anyone else but to make this a bit odd I had never even seen/met the SP before.

I do recall speaking to her a couple of weeks ago just asking about Availabilty etc as you do but that was all it got to and no further. Nothing unusual about this but.

So when I saw the request I replied and asked her if it was right to vote for someone I hadn’t met or seen. She replied saying she thought we had met. No we haven’t.

I said as much and that’s would like to meet her in future once she was back in Leeds. She is currently in Bury.

I then asked what would she get if she was voted as this title.

I also noticed in her AW profile that she has asked all her clients to vote for her. Why?

I was then deleted and blocked without alarming and that was that.

I wouldn’t vote for anyone that asked me this as if they deserved it they shouldn’t need to ask. Not that I will or have ever voted for anything like this.

Anyone else had this request before?

English Classy Chloe by the way. Stunning girl and would love to have met.

What does she get out of it? AW lists her as sex worker of the year = more visibility of her profile = more business, simple as that.

She'll just be spamming everyone in her address book to try and drum up votes. I see this loads, I'm surprised you've not come across it before. Sounds like you're overthinking it, just ignore the request and move on.

Overthinking things? Really?

Just posted to see if anyone else had had the same experience.

No offence meant mate, just that she will have spammed that message out to hundreds of people hoping to get a few votes out of it, rather than get quizzed about the moral aspect of her vote touting.

Sorry if I'm off the mark with the overthinking bit, but I don't see that it's a "very strange request". Plus I doubt she has the time to enter into extended correspondence in search of every vote, so I'm not too surprised you got blocked.  :D
