Polite persistence is the key, and some luck. Incall dates around Thursday/Friday, I imagine will be the most difficult to book, especially towards the evening. Just speaking from experience. Whenever I try to get a booking during the middle of the week at around noon, I find most of SP are available, even at short notice. She does do outcalls as well I think, but that probably involves increased costs so not ideal.
