There's a couple of places in Southport that offer it. Not tried it myself so cannot comment on how good or bad it might be. The Thai house spa anchor street Southport (advert on gumtree) and the new Chinese place on eastbank street ( advert on vs).

Chinese 4 hand with B2B be warned it is EXTREMELY hit and miss, when they’re good they are very good but more often than not shit depending on what you want and what they think you want. There are a few reviews on here. Just  check the adverts phone number shown if tempted as different ads have the same number. GT is very legitimate looking whereas the VS is in the escort section and you won’t find the tart shown either
