Google Reverse image hits are not conclusive evidence of a fake all the time (but are most of the time) you need to also assess the context of the matching pictures.

I thought she would be one of the new sexy switchers although
not polish. They usually use real pictures but just not necessaarily
of the girl you would be seeing!!!
