I called to make a booking and Maxes told me she is only accepting regulars

The receptionist said you need at least ten bookings to become a regular.

I did call again and they accepted my booking (Another receptionist answered)

Maxes cancelled my booking on the day of the booking

They told me she was ill but it was all lies

Would I visit again? Maybe

Where are the non agency webpage pics from? Is she listed elsewhere?

I wonder what the reasoning behind "regulars only" is. Are regulars less likely to mess about? Are they more likely to accept sub par performance?
