If a service is listed as 'included' in the price structure, any SP who then demands an extra fee when she thinks the punter's lower brain is in control should get the cold shoulder. Giving in under these circumstances only encourages the false advertising.

SP's are quick enough to get grumpy if a punter asks for a service that isn't on her 'enjoys' list
