Usual routine of contacting agency first thing in the morning to arrange  a booking.  My requested time was not available but was given an alternative.  I took that and requested certain clothing items and enquired about A levels. (It was on her profile at the time)  Agency replied that clothing request was passed on and they couldnt comment on services for legal reasons.  Its the usual bullshit, the lady then states "oh I didnt prepare myself, as I didnt know you wanted A levels.
Anyway, I arrived at the usual flat and was shown into the onsuite room.  Tamara dressed in a onepiece, red heels and her turquoise robe.  Asked about clothing request, she denied all knowledge and as for A levels she stated she had asked the agency to remove it as she had never offered this service.  She then asked me if I still wanted to go ahead.  I did. During the duration she mentioned that all the girls had been in that morning, three line whip for a performane briefing.  Hence the unavailability first thing.
The reason for the neutral: Not dressed as requested.  No A levels as advertised.
When giving her oral, it was not the freshest.  I put this down to her driving in from afar and sitting about in a meeting.  She could have at least made an effort and given her jack & danny a once over with a wet wipe.
Agency explanation about clothing request was, "Shes got a few hours to drive in, so she was onroute and would have been late going back to get requested items"  In the next breath they said "Every girl has a bag of popular requested items, and its her fault if she didnt wear them for you"
Her stats and pics are accurate, Certainly one tattoo, thats blurred out.

Interesting comment about the three line whip for a performance briefing. Wonder if they’re getting complaints about shite service? Mind you, it’d be the first time in a long, long while that they’d ever given a shit about “performance”.  They kept some right shockers on the books for ages despite numerous complaints. These days, young decent whores seem to be hard to find and even harder to keep - so a “performance briefing” could go either way! Either the girls will say “fuck you!” and leave/go indie or, if it was “we don’t care how bad you are, just turn up for a shift” then it won’t do us punters any favours.

All in all, imho the light that was at the end of the tunnel has gone very dim again!

The agency has changed hands a few times since the harbour days, and its had its fair share of locations.  I think this flat has been bought.
You get no joy if you contact the agency to complain about the girls, it falls on deaf ears.  The girls get punished if the complaints pile up.  They just dont get given the hours that they want, and eventually leave to earn elsewhere.  Many use it as a stepping stone, Zoe, Sienna, Layla, FMC, Darcy Rose.

I’ve heard other girls mention these meetings recently. 
The timings vary , but I guess the give away sign is when there is a busy rota - as they’ve all made them selves available for the ass-kicking they make themselves available for a pussy pounding and to earn a few quid as they are in the hood.
It’s a mixed bag there at the moment with Stacey and Jade (and Tamara often ) in the positive group….and the rest

In the harbour days they all had to be present on a Thursday evening to pay their fees (agency percentage) Cant remember what the correct terminology is.  Then one evening Sienna says "Dont worry girls, I will stay on and pay the bosses son"  She did a runner with the cash.
I dont know what the routine is nowadays but I know some of them are trusted to collect the cash and return it to management rather than a big meeting where everyone pays their "Dues".

This agency is what it is, and most seasoned punters know it, it will never change no matter how much you complain. I have been down that road often with them, and now just use it when I am stuck, which isn't very often.

That's the thing with agencies, your requests more than likely won't all be met... Better dealing with AW if that's the case, then you cut out the, "middle man"...

She had 'A' levels on her profile when I seen her but I wasn't bothered anyway, seen someone previously from there that didn't even know what it meant, let alone would have done it...

Even if it's a newbie on GEA and she isn't reviewed, I'll go into it hoping they do what's on their LL, as I'm not going to ask the agency, I'll hope for the best...

She was one of the first I met and was outstanding. I think she disappeared soon after so never go to see her again.
