Totally unacceptable that she did this.  She clearly messed you around getting in, so didn't start on time, then tried to make up the lost time by cutting you short.
£60 is a lot for just 15mins. Its £80 for 30mins so just £20 more and worth paying I think as helps to avoid being pressed for time.  If you book 15mins, best to show her the time on your watch/phone when you get in and confirm you will stay until 15mins later.
But still no excuse for her shit service - all escorts know they need to let you fuck them no matter what!
