Anyone had the pleasure yet..
I think I need to try and book and toftt There's no phone number and usually I dont seem to get anywhere sending email via AW

Had similar experience. Sent messages via AW (yep there is no contact number on profile). Some are read but still no reply. :(

Managed to get a booking and all comms were very good, but had to abort my booking.
