Messaged her via WhatsApp. Agreed a time and place. She says she was at the Premier Inn in Blackburn. I get there she wants a deposit. So stupid me agrees to pay half and I'll pay the rest when I'm in her room. It is 160 for 1 hour. So I just send 80 to her account and immediately after I send her the money. Profile picture has gone and I'm obviously blocked. I am annoyed at myself for a stupid rookie mistake. Oh well, what can you do. Apart from warn others. Careful everyone. I'll post details below.

Her number is +44 7884 718220

Sort code - 23-05-80

I've noticed two types of SP require a deposit for incall. The first is a scam and the second is where her pictures are extremely flattering, so they know that there's a high chance of you walking when you arrive.

Brave of you to admit it on here and own your mistake so respect for that.. as pointed out that is an extremely high positive to negative ratio. Why not throw in a TOFTT every once in awhile but see some well reviewed sp's as well

Mate reading your reviews, if you didn’t have bad luck, you’d have no luck
That’s a lots of bad punts, your going to either have to be a little more selective who you choose/ well reviewed on here etc or stop home and play with your cock

As for this scam I’d call your bank, explain you booked a private massage, the advert has now vanished,  and she blanked you after the deposit was recieved, they will pull the money straight back and get in touch with her bank, I doubt she will argue it .......or write it off as a learning curve

There are more and more scamming bitches using VS at the moment (some even creeping onto AW), you should never pay anything in advance to any working girl. I wouldn't even pay to a agency, you never know if it is genuine - best not to.

Fair play to you for having the bottle to make a review and warn others after it.I believe in karma these people will get what they deserve in life.
It's never good to lose money but sometimes it's a good lesson for moving forward.

If it makes you feel any better I got scammed out of £60 the other week. Irish lad selling aftershave on the high street, silly me bought them thinking they was stolen but they were actually fake.. oldest trick in the book :D :dash:

There's more than a few scammers on aw now. Their ID procedure is less than thorough.

I have paid a few deposits over time for outcalls and never had an issue, it's a judgement call but if someone is an extremely well established sp I don't see an issue there. Only once have I done this for an incall, it was in London but she had over 200 feedback.

I think it's understandable for them to ask for a deposit for an outcall, for two reasons.. one they have some way of identifying the person they meet should anything go wrong, which there are a lot of nutters out there. The second reason is for it to cover petrol/travel costs, which if they're asking a lot more than that you should be able to negotiate the deposit, as if you're willing to pay something it shows you're serious about the booking.

Obviously if you flat out have a rule to never pay a deposit you'll never get scammed, but you may miss out on some good experiences. The simplest rule you should follow if they're not well established don't pay a deposit

Offline BobbyDazzler99

Unlucky mate. Respect for taking it on the chin.

Thanks to this community & a lot of instinct Iv also learnt not to ever pay in advance or deposit. You can never trust any of them. What I tend to do now if I get asked for a deposit I play dumb & waste their time by asking for Account Details & name & then archive it. Usually end up searching the name on social media too. You’ll be surprised how many have the same Account & Sort Code.

Ah well. You live & learn.

Would agree with this. Outcalls fair enough if they want a deposit for safety and see legitimate customers. I think 10/20% would be fair.

I was looking in the Canada section all the girls use Twitter and require the customer to send their ID which shocked me

As for the OP, well as others have said it was a schoolboy error that you should have known better about but fair play to admitting it and posting to stop others from also wasting their cash.

By all means post up some of your positive reviews too but I for one am grateful of the Negatives as they are probably more important and save others from wasting their cash and getting scammed etc

May not be as simple as just posting more positives, you've got to find them first. As said it may be worthwhile rethinking your punting strategy

In many ways, we more need warning of bad experiences, than we need alerting to good ones.

I've got nothing against negs, of course they're useful. However something is clearly going wrong for op personally with his strategy when that's the vast majority of his experiences. If he does want to start finding positive experiences like he said, rethinking his strategy may be necessary. That's all I was saying, and it was a personal point applicable to op, not a general point about negs

Offline Blackpool Rock

There are a lot of reds but perhaps he reviews every bad experience to warn others which is in the spirit of sharing information, someone recently commented on my reviews that it's 14 months since my last positive (don't worry i'm banging up a positive today  :D)
However I have also had some good punts in that time but with girls i've previously reviewed so i'm not going to review them again, how do we know the OP hasn't also done similar  :unknown:

Looking at the latest reviews most of them appear to be Negative as he was ghosted on arrival or messed about, what's he supposed to do not review them :unknown:
VS has been mentioned but the OP usually uses AW apart from this deposit scammer
Not sure how many of his punts are TOFTT or not very well reviewed girls but it's important for people to TOFTT occasionally otherwise we'd all end up trying to punt the same 6 well reviewed girls and nobody else  :D

It's been suggested that he needs to change his punting strategy but even visiting some girls who are generally well reviewed isn't bullet proof, Thai Katie is well reviewed but he was messed about on arrival https://www.ukpunting.com/index.php?action=serviceprovider;id=31566 and The Tori Bliss has 50 reviews of which 41 are positive but she ghosted him on arrival

Let's not be over critical here as at least he is reviewing and sharing his bad experiences to warn others

I understand people's concerns and I will post more greens. I guess the reason I post more reds is because I want to warn others like you said. Of course though after what has happened, I won't be using VS again.

As mentioned above, if you ring your bank and try get the money back is a good option.

By the way, when you did the bank transfer did her name match the bank details as most banking apps now check those details match before allowing you to make a payment?

There's no nice way to say this but yes, you have been incredible gullible there.

A tip: Never ever EVER pay a deposit.

Vivastreet ads are obviously likely to be fake/scams if they contain any of the following phrases:
Party
Outcall only
New in your town / new here / just arrived / general references to 'the town' or 'your city' etc. (obvious reasons why they don't name the actual town but keep it vague)
Emojis, love hearts, flames etc.
Description doesn't tally with the photos
Very beautiful girl in photos
Professional standard photos
Description reads similarly to other profile descriptions
Every box ticked in list of services.

I'd say over 95% of Vivastreet ads are fake, however there is the occasional good one but you have to use your brain.

several red flags that should have stopped you:
1) no-one pays £160/hr for an in-call in BB1
2) Premier Inn - common factor in many scams, especially if they call it "Premier Inn Central"
3) DEPOSIT!!!!!!!!!! How many times do we have to say it?
4) WhatsApp comms. Indicates guaranteed scam
