Wow sounds dreadful, especially at that price point. You have my deepest sympathies.

Attractiveness can be subjective but what's unforgivable is the hygiene issues mentioned. I'd put that in the Negative column instead of Neutral. The least any SP should do is to be clean and smelling fresh.
