Not sure if it is sign that the downturn, recession or whatever you want to call it is over but there do seem to be a few posters on here who seem to be happy to spend or splash a lot of cash (based on my view of things)  on a single punt.

Keep up the good work Steve, but please concentrate on the VFM end of the market for us old timers who are not merchant bankers.

for me I have had to many crap £80 punts and too many that I walk away from...pisses you off when you have driven there and walk....still better than giving a romanian pimp his few quid  so if I could guarantee quality I will pay more  and just puntless often....

I will not comment on someone's personal's situation or taste and will ask you to refrain from doing so 'take it or leave it' your choice.

This is a forum and we are all entitled to share our experiences and you to 'ave an opinion on them (but not personal where you start guessing what I do for living or any one does)

If you don't like something which is out of your price range you can always say 'too expensive for me' rather than getting personal...else we can take it to moderator

Each to there own , pay what you happy to pay , however to me anything less than a £100 and there
Is risk , more than £150 and it's likely your paying to much .

Steve is highly experience and has a skill to find VFM punts .

Paying more does not always help avoid a bad punt .

What people can afford or are prepared to pay is I agree not a matter for the forum , but that
Of personal choice .

You can find quality punts for 100/ph, for 80 more likely not.
