I had the same experience with her on the phone, I had to call as I was driving on the motorway. She sounded really terse and said as I'd never seen her before I would need to book via AW. I explained that I was driving on the motorway and that isn't possible.
She also got quite frustrated (as did I) that I couldn't find the entrance to her block, damn it's confusing 😐.
Completely different personality when I saw her face to face. Absolute sweetheart 💖.
