I've had this account since 2018 I believe and admittedly haven't given back as I haven't really punted. However with the new job I want to start making a contribution

Why not read the long-established threads and see someone from there?  Submit a review and perhaps the good foot will be seen as put forward.

Pleading 4 years of silence due to "not punting" doesn't get you a pass into unreviewed specialists.  Let's hope a cursory check by the Mods into your login history doesn't raise questions about your claim.
