Location - Another in Dumbiedykes. parking is fine with plenty metered spaces. A bit ropey at night I would guess though.

As windowlicker says it’s alright during the day and IMO only slightly dodgy at night. It’s very centrally located for a housing scheme. I imagine it’s the same flat I’ve been to so it’s easy to find and not deep into the estate which makes a big difference.

I think there’s usually a couple of SPs working from it at once though which to me carries more risk of a raid incase it was seen as a brothel or whatever.

I think the location is fine. I am sure it is a cheap option for SPs for a central location. The flats are fit for purpose. I have now been in 3 different flats there and no issues.

The hardest thing can be locating the correct building. Ste stairwells are a bit stinking too but can live with that.

She is there with a Thai friend so 2 working from same flat. Can't remember ever reading about anybody being busted though.

I might be wrong about the flat being easy to find then if windowlicker says been to a few different ones. It looked a bit like there were always Thai SPs revolving there so I assumed it was the same flat. Maybe not.
